Well put Tracy. I was in a meeting with folks at work when someone shared Bush had convened Libby’s sentence. In all honesty, I sat in a daze for the next 15 minutes…speechless, confused and rageful.
His current actions, in addition to war crimes committed by his administration, misguided patriotic zealots across the country, a lack of a political leadership from those with opposing viewpoints, and (my biggest fear about this administration form the start) the supreme court’s ongoing efforts to dismantle basic human rights for generations to come, make it difficult to feel optimistic about the future.

I live among rage and despair, desperately looking for a sign of hope.
